How to Order Multi Prints & Frames

How to order a multi aperture frames and mounts with all your images printed and fitted into the frame: work out what you need, pick a layout, design it in our visual designer and fit your photos. Includes a video.

By EasyFrame, Bedford. Posted October 2026. 4 minute read.

How to have several photos printed and framed together in one mount, in the multi print and frame designer. The designer has seven tabs, 1 Layout and sizes to 7 Review, and the preview on the left shows your photos with every choice you make. This guide follows them in six parts, each with its own short video.

Example: four photos in a 2 × 2 layout, two of them portraits and one oval, with a printed title box, a double mount and a 20mm black frame. Recorded 19 October 2026.

Part 1: Layout and sizes

Choose how many photos and how they're arranged, then the print size and shape of each one.

Video, part 1 of 6: layout and sizes.

Choose the layout

The layout is shown as across × down and starts at 3 × 1. Click it and move over the grid to choose how many photos across and down, from 2 up to 64, then click to set it. Here, 2 × 2: four photos.

The layout grid open, with a 2 by 2 area highlighted.

Print sizes and shapes

  • Tick All Apertures Same Size to type one print size for every photo: here, 150 × 100mm.
  • Untick it to size each photo: here #2 and #4 are portraits, 100 × 150mm.
  • Tick Oval under a photo for an oval opening: here #4.
  • Click Update All Apertures to apply the sizes. The mount is sized round them for you.

Each opening is cut 6mm smaller than the print, so the mount overlaps every photo by 3mm all round.

Part 2: Images and paper

Upload your photos into the openings, use your gallery, swap photos round, and choose the paper.

Video, part 2 of 6: images and paper.

Upload by clicking an opening

In 2 Images and paper, click an opening in the preview to choose a photo for it from your computer or phone, or drag a photo file onto it. Each photo fills its opening, and is added to your gallery above the paper choices. You don't need an account; log in or create one if you'd like to keep your photos for later.

Every photo you upload stays in the gallery, even if you replace it. In the video we click #3 again and choose a different photo; the first one stays in the gallery, and we drag it from the gallery onto #4.

A photo dragged from the gallery fills the oval opening 4.

Swap photos round

To swap two photos, drag one onto the other in the preview: here #2 onto #4, and they change places. Use the crop icon on a photo's thumbnail to choose which part of it shows, or the bin icon to remove it.

  • Default Gap sets the space between photos for you. Switch it off to type your own Gap Width; in the video we keep the default (25mm).
  • Single/Double switches to a double mount, with a thin second layer round each photo, set in Bottom Width.
  • Choose a colour for each layer: here, Off White on top and Slate Grey underneath.
