This website was created and has been continually developed by me, Rob Zanna aka The Boss. Together with my brother, Nick Zanna aka The Other Boss, we have dedicated ourselves to managing our family's picture framing business for more than 25 years. My initial 10-year apprenticeship provided me with an extensive knowledge about picture framing, and even more crucially, an understanding of customer expectations from a picture framer.
Around 2009, my passion for web design and programming grew, leading me to recognise an opportunity to connect traditional picture framing shops with the convenience of the digital world.
With this vision, I set out to develop a website focused on ordering custom picture frames and mounts. The objective was to create an intuitive platform where customers could easily navigate their options, visualise their choices, and place orders with confidence. The most important aspect is measuring your artwork accurately as even a small miscalculation can affect the final look, so taking a few extra moments to measure carefully really pays off. If you're not sure about anything, we have lots of explainer videos, created in house, to assist with measuring artwork and placing orders online, and we are always happy to provide guidance via email or phone.
