Canvas floater frames(or canvas tray frames) give the illusion the canvas you place in the frame is floating in the distinctive space within the frame. These frames are usually used to display a gallery wrap canvas since the edge of the painting or the canvas print does not get covered, and displays the entirety of the canvas leaving nothing to the imagination.
You should measure the exact size of your stretched canvas and enter those sizes into our website - Measuring Advice. The default option will include a shadow gap between the canvas and frame as the frame opening will be approximately 10mm bigger than the sizes entered. However, if you do not want any extra gap, please deselect the 'Shadow Gap' option, and we will manufacture the frame to the size entered plus a few millimetre allowance.
