At easyFrame we want to reward our customers for buying our products and want to give you something back. Our loyalty point scheme allows you to earn a generous number of points that can be used to reduce the cost of any future order.
Firstly you need to create an online account to ensure any points earned are associated with your account. You will be prompted to create an account during the order process. If you already have an online account you need to ensure you are logged into the account when placing any orders.
As a welcome gift, 10 loyalty points(worth £1.00) are automatically added to any new account which can be redeemed immediately.
Further loyalty points can be earned from most online purchases including custom picture frames, picture mounts, swept picture frames, ready made photo frames.
The number of points earned from different products does vary and is subject to change. As an example, loyalty points can be earned on custom made picture frames equivilant to 3% of price paid.
Any loyalty points that can be earned are clearly displayed in your shopping basket.
Loyalty points are added to your account AFTER we have completed your order and will be available to use on any future order.
To check your loyalty points you can log into your online account and follow the Loyalty Point link.
If you have loyalty points available there will be a tick box option during the check out procedure. Ticking this box will redeem the loyalty points and your order total will reduce.
